Mr. Miller has served on the board of directors of numerous public companies listed on Nasdaq, the American Stock Exchange and New York Stock Exchange.

Which companies?????

The company announced this week the completion of the company's independent financial audit.

Then why wasn't it filed with the SEC shortly after the completion?????

This whole thing stinks real bad.
