Markets have changed. You have 10 times more volume than you had back then. It took us 3 years to double the markets, when it used to take 10-20 years to do so back in the day. I agree a big correction is near, but you won't see the dow at 8K until after the economy has recovered unless we go into a double dip recession which the feds wont let happen.
