Fact:Any document procured by SRGE,which bares Kinross'signature,is evidence that the two actually were involved to some degree and that Kinross Gold Corp is fraudulent in the denial of such association ever existing. If found to be true, then Kinross may be more than just involved with making apologies as the guilty party.
There may be more nefarious dealings which come to light over the course of the next few weeks. And SRGE may prove more innocent than the NYSE company Kinross Gold Corp.

Regardless of how this plays out, it should make for highly entertaining financial report readings over the next few weeks.
