How about starting with everything you know and evidence to back it up?

Did convicted felon Roxanna Weber conspire with convicted felon Dorliss "Mac" Maccauley Bright to loot EMAX and/or MPIX of investors' funds and secretly funnel them offshore?

Did they use Bright's "Arrow Productions" to do so?

If so, then have the FBI and IRS been notified?

What has become of these funds since then? Are they still there, spent for personal uses or sent as payoffs to others?

Well yes I have looked into Arrow Studios. Mindpix issued 25,000,000 unrestricted common shares to Arrow for "compensation" owed for media, marketing and consulting services. The shares were not registered or qualified and exempt from registration. Now this is where it gets really really weird. Arrow Studios then transferred those 25,000,000 million shares it received from Mindpix, to......you guessed it....Shannon Newby of Global Investments, LLC. Global Investments was engaged with Unitell Communications to secure a LOC of $25,000,000, and Arrow for some odd reason agreed to advance as a loan to Mindpix, those 25,000,000 shares that were needed to pay "bank fees" associated with the LOC.

Does this sound kosher to you? Ask yourself this question.....why would a Mindpix vendor take 25,000,000 shares of unrestricted MPIX stock, turn around and give it right back to Mindpix as a loan, so that MPIX could pay their "Bank fee"?

This folks is "Fuzzy Math". And you see yes, Roxanna is indeed dealing with Shannon Newby. Given this fact, could anyone name a single LOC that Shannon Newby has executed that has come to fruition?
