First of all, how about if you provide a link to any POSITIVE information that you have found.
And yes...I see the PR mentioned RODGERS then someone named ROGERS (Not just once.....FOUR times!). Also the PR contained the usual spelling and/or grammatical errors found almost everywhere on press releases and web sites connected with MIHL. Real professional.... Particularly where the question marks are placed...what does it mean? Was/Had/Has/Is? As part of the 'retained'? What does that mean?
Once this has been digested we will move on to the so-called 'membership' in the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB)

IMO the 'press release' claiming Patrick RODGERS is a member of the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB) is an outright fabrication meant to unduly impress and deceive and should be RETRACTED!
The first clue is embedded in the name itself as an 'OVERSIGHT' Board. An excerpt from their web site describes their origin and mission:
'The PCAOB is a nonprofit corporation established by Congress to oversee the audits of public companies in order to protect investors and the public interest by promoting informative, accurate, and independent audit reports. The PCAOB also oversees the audits of broker-dealers, including compliance reports filed pursuant to federal securities laws, to promote investor protection.'
Nobody is a 'member' per se, and the only membership involved is the 'Standing Advisory Group' consisting of 42 members.
Patrick RODGERS IS NOT on the list, past, present or renewed.
