I noticed NJ is "leaning toward not participating" - Chris Christie is having a tough time with his Repub buds and I wonder how he likes Repub pols in Wash refusing to send more aid to NJ to help in recovery from Sandy...Christie is running for re-election in '13, and he better fix up the Shore towns or he'll be a one-termer.
As for VA, I'm surprised it's only "leaning toward not participating" - this is the last year of his term (only one 4-year term allowed) and he should want to leave a positive legacy, but so far he'll be known as the "vaginal probe governor", and now probably a gov who didn't care about helping the poor - in other words, a perfect teabagger!
