It's without question vanguard, and deplorable IMO.
GDSM will never uplist anyways, so GDSM giving a few million shares to both the CPA and New Law Firm is irrelevant. Once the R/S and Series E are converted bringing the A/S to over 1.5 Billion or more, it will be understood how much of a SCAM this really is. "Mining in 90 days," who could or would ever believe such nonsense! It takes the REAL mining Companies in the world 4-5 years, at the very least just to get permitted, and another 10+ to produce anything of value.
There is a reason GDSM and its Management have ALWAYS been in the penny market, they can publish what they want without any scrutiny from a higher source. 13 Years and counting for these crooks.
