Late 2013 early 2014 for the american sites. I thought they had some projects going over in europe and africa that might be further along. I will have to dig further

"... will continue to work in 2013 to finalize (i) the construction permits for both our US Projects, (ii) the land and feedstock agreements for our US Project in Rhode Island and (iii) financial closure with a view toward breaking ground in Q1 2013, which will leave us enough time to commission the US Projects before the end of 2013.
