Deaf, I personally don't see anything positive in Corey's stepping down from the board while maintaining his voting rights as a preferred shareholder. They haven't taken any action to cut G&A, especially their compensation. Their 2011 stock compensation killed this stock. No common stockholder can defend any of their action in regards to compensation. I am surprised to hear that you are still defending these two persons. What is written in prospectus is general wording and kind of BS. What is your reasoning behind that? Any logic? thanks
