Yes.I think really great news is coming soon and big names must be involved,and its a good thing news is coming imo.Considering the share sale..Lots of money must be seen coming very soon.Would make sense at .22 sale price..Bring the names APDN...

additional 122M is a lot of shares, is it ~18% dilution of current O/S? Crede is not supposed to hold more than 9.9% of the total number?...maybe they are using the authorized share count which is ~1.3B? then 122M is less than 9.9% of the company..
I thought the deal was $7.5M at .186 or less and $9M for warrants at .223? this doesn't add up to 122M shares, anyways, perhaps I am confused, I'll look into the doc tomorrow
