Blindly defending this guy, when you clearly know many lost money based on unrealistic promises, and not to mention no business follow through as a professional would have done for their company. Nobody is too busy to have dropped the ball like this CEO..So please forgive me if you state that since directly talking with him, then you assume all is well....what world do you think investors live in.This is not high school, she said , they said,, if he has something to say, then tell the world in a company press release for all to verify and see with meaning..
Long story short, if he wants to stay out of court, then follow through is needed soon..please do not use the regulatory defense as that too can be verified etc etc etc ..
