There is the danger of retired law-enforcement being put at risk, and its also possible now that thieves can watch the PPL at those addresses to get to know thier "patterns of activity"...and come back to those addresses....to steal firearms.
Good thinking, first they'll rob the unarmed. However, criminals don't buy guns legally, they buy them from other criminals or steal them themselves. The statistics say most gun owners own more than one gun. So, all those gun owners listed and addressed; when their houses are empty of pedestrians will be good targets for thieves.
