With respect 5150, it really does not matter what CG has to say unless he is willing to go on record.

So far his tract record is that he wants to do this stuff informally rather than via press releases and public meetings that were sent to all the shareholders.

To date, I have not seen anything that addresses those concerns or there are people who are all that interested in what he has to say.

For all of Mario's faults, he has put out stuff that is a bit more transparent. Though Mario's track record is far from perfect.

I have more trust with Mario, though that trust is not real high either.

Wait and see for the ruling.
