I am not referring to the free service that you access on a website from your personal computer. I am talking about a bloomberg terminal computer that banks are currently using and pay 50,000 a year to operate per each terminal.
I work in treasury operations for a regional bank and we have an investment portfolio which we use bloomberg to setup our trade tickets. This is the only reason why I would have access to such a service.

I now see the 38/39mm shares that traded on that day I was questioning. There was no price attached to it. My assumption of this like the many other days of activity with no price is that shares are being dumped as worthless as there is nothing left. Either a tax write off or they just gave up and are cleaning up the portfolio.
They day that 15m shares traded there was a price of 0.0001, but nothing was listed for on that day when mm's of share traded.
