What do you mean 37 million? I thought around 27 million. Why not use the money from their gold mine? Why water us down to shi-? Again just wondering how did this stock go from .99 to .025 Where did those about 3 million shares show up?

On another thought about this. This may be good because now there is more interested in seeing this go up. Hopefully they are interested in seeing A new mining co come together too.
