.. scratch head .. is it someone has the right to make available in the USA, and others have the right
to make it available in other places .. yours not available for you in the USA, nor for me in Australia ..
i thought it must have been YouTube misuse thing (or was it user pulled the message, can't remember) ..
remember the book publishers years ago split the world up between them and were found out, that one illegal.
