How about Gene selling BILLIONS of deep discounted shares to Gendarme for starters??? At $0.00005 to $0.00007.
All while claiming that he is doing Private Placements at $1.50/share and the value of RCCH is $3.50/share.

That makes RCCH worthy of being called a SCAM.
