Both parties must share blame. It's just that republicans have had the power to make changes and they sided with de regulation, tax cuts and spending on war.
Oh come on...ask any GM worker who got a year-end bonus...the US has plenty of cash to give (or is that for Pres Obama to buy votes). So what if the US taxpayer will lose 10-15 billion on the stock sale, and another 40 Billion in income tax forgiveness.....it's Christmas!
