They have no cash! SEC filings have said so. They have $3 million in liabilities, judgements and lawsuits on the books.

It's quite obvious raising capital under these circumstances is proving extremely difficult and causing frustration.

Thus NO wells! Yet we are lead to believe they drilled SWD wells, built tank batteries, electrical and flow lines. Yet can't frac the wells drilled years ago to produce oil.

SE, I too wish to Thank You on your very informative post on SIOR. You are very well informed in the oil and Gas industry. It's easy to see that you know what your talking about here. I am glad to be riding SIOR along with you. I look forward to making some very nice money off of this stock.
