This "subject to adjustment" sounds to me like it was structured as a Death Spiral. If it was, we're in trouble.

Jagman--aa you and others are pointing out, IDCO is in my opinion a stock to really be avoided now. The further drop of .09 today reflects the investment community. paying someone 500,000 shares to tout your stock just before a dilutive announcement is issued show lack of respect for current investors.

If the price of .60 does not hold, this whole sector is weak at present. VRDI, which earlier this year was selling at .25 a share higher than IDCO, has tanked.
