Uplisting is to another exchange. All you have to look forwards to here is "Current" status which EVERY company should maintain at a minimum.

Remember this company intentionally DELISTED in 2009 following some problems with an 8k that they put out.

There is no way they will go back to SEC fully reporting now that they're "Alternative Reporting Standard."
