#16993 RE: Pony1 #16988

First, SugarCoat has done all the original work on digging up information. I'm pretty much the resident Devil's Advocate although there are some others too that take that stance.

I'm guessing TADF is no longer associated with the SuperT. Yet, there is a possibility that it still could be.

What I find odd is that if TACair had acquired ownership of the SuperT, I would have expected news on that - perhaps originating from TACair itself. The lack of news is somewhat unexpected.

What I find really troublesome is that the the last four acquisitions were of companies owned by MTD (Mark T. Daniels)and all mostly for F-5 stuff. And mostly for F-5 stuff.

Since the F-5 is basically being phased out everywhere, the resulting, ever shrinking market for it basically in Africa or simply private ownership (drug cartels might get their hands one some - who knows.) So here is the kicker: you would have to be nuts to buy F-5 stuff above scrap value if you DID NOT already have a sale lined up. So these acquisitions fall into two basical groups: 1) the sale/lease of this F-5 stuff is in hand, or 2) TADF just bailed MTD out of a bunch of junk.

This is all I see in play. Keep in mind I'm just guessing at the worst case scenario - something which is common in Penny Land. (Usually, you have to have some modicum of inside information to really vet any penny stock since they are so predominantly nothing.)

I sure hope I'm wrong, but...
Regards,
Tom
