I've copied the techs who are most familiar with the ongoing PUNCH TV pixelation problem and have alerted those who oversee the support@filmon.com team with the latest info.
Just so you know, I never told the support team that the source signal was the problem, and I'm not sure where that response came from. What we have talked about internally is that we are still not sure where the problem is coming from. We are not experiencing a problem like this with on other channels, so we are mystified, but we are still looking to troubleshoot the problem.
We are delivering a clean signal and they are working on the issue on their end.
