We are filing this Form 8-K/A to correct a scrivener’s error we made in our Form 8-K filing that was filed with the Commission on November 30, 2012. We incorrectly stated the name of our water purification system. The Global Ecology Corporation technology is known as the Mobile PureWater System (“MPWS”). The solution, to be used in the purification process in MPWS has now been approved by the EPA.[/b] No other changes have been made to the Form 8-K.
