Faux-I respect your views but absolutely disagree. This is a catalyst that is far above any of the other factors you listed for this company. We have been waiting for this for almost 3 years and it is the management's fiduciary duty to let us know as soon as they can. There will always be some other macro factors on the plate and it simply does not make sense to let this drift this much unless the is something else we don't know of. Last time, DMRJ's 1.09 convertibles came into the picture after a fall like this, don't know whether there is anything else but it is very obvious that this is not the right way to reward your believers or gain new investors in my view. All in all though the first thing is, hope that they have some news.
