I don't agree with that but really hope that you are right. The market is doing ok and up for the week even. They will and have to find a way out for the cliff fiasco, we have nothing to do with that in my view. He needs to announce this news regardless of any other macro factor such as cliff etc. if he has it, market timing should not be his duty. Otherwise, we will find ourselves in the sub dollar area very soon.
