The way I read it voting starts on 28 Dec and results announced 31 Jan. Am I correct?

My take is that you will need to own shares of MSVS by Dec. 28 in order to get the material through the mail to send back your vote. They will then tally up the votes up to Jan. 31 If vote passes the merger is finalized. Was always wondering how the shares holders would get to vote.Takes time to get the mailings out and for people to send them back. This is why the later date of Jan. 31 was sscheduled. They are doing everything right. This is a huge merger and the shares will be alot cheaper now than in a few weeks.I am buying more now than at higher price later.
