Yes, interesting! The numbers you report for June 2012 is better than the awards given previously:

While the compensation proposal for 2013 does offer very small raises for the 5 CPST Officers, the officers hadn't received a base pay raise since 2011.

The only officer to get a bonus since 2011 is James Crouse, Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing. He received bonuses in both 2011 and 2012.

James Crouse was also the only officer to receive an increase in Non-Equity Incentive Plan Compensation. All other officers' Incentive Plan Compensations were reduced, CEO Jamison's compensation most significantly.

Other than Crouse, all officers received no incentive compensation in 2010, and they received a significant reduction in incentive compensation in 2012 from what they did get in 2011.

Stockholders will be voting on incentives and bonuses only as targets held for the officers. The Committee responsible for incentives and bonuses will decide at the end of 2013 whether the incentives and bonuses will be awarded in part, or in full, or not at all as to whether the officers reached their targeted goals.
