As we sit right now there just ain't a market for any amount of this KATG garbage. All their ducks aren't lined up yet. Nothing is yet coordinated and they can't kick-off yet for the new game. THERE IS STILL NO LIQUIDITY. LOL. You and I know this - and so does Ken Stead. NEW suckers must be found and touted !!! KATX is temporarily up the creek without a paddle.

People just do not understand that these shares will not be immediately tradable. Etrade can take up to 20 days after the so called delivery before they allow trading of said spinoff shares. Best turn around time I had was with Scottrade, at 14 days. The kicker though is that officers and insiders can trade immediately, diluting the market straight out of the gate. By the time the restrictions are lifted and normal retail can trade, it will have lost a min of 50% in value (or more IMO).

The Depository Trust will only release to the respective brokerages once approved. Individual brokerages might impose a fee irrespective of the fact the shares are classified as free trading

Regulation S financing could beat the KATX/BVIG retail sellers to the ASK.

such a deal. LoL !

question for the board:

i have asked this once before to no avail.is this scenario possible?ken/katx initially had good intentions in regards to the distro shares, however as they were progressing thru the properties (handcamp/rusty) they realized that nothing of significance would come from either.so they knew that the market will not accept this bad news.if the distro shares were given out as originally stated the pps would dive.so is it possible that the distro shares will not be given out until the company's "restricted shares" (one year)can be sold?in other words, could it be that ken/katx want the pps to stay as high as it can so they can sell their restricted? (don't want to be the last ones out the door)
