The shares in this 5,000,000 share employee plan are not going to go into effect until next Oct,2006 other than 200,000
shares that Ron Carte can purchase immediately.Everyone else has to meet expectations set forth by non-particpating Directors and approved by shareholders and then only over several years.It is interesting to note this option went into effect Oct 17,for .78 a share.
They could have actually purchased them immediately thru an open buy for .77 a share that day,but chose to sign for the option price of .78 for next year.
