It would be sad, but not uncommon as you note, for our depressing and cynical assessment to be far more correct than not.
I, like you apparently, believe it to be correct.
My post was referring to the company dynamics that were taking place when supposedly they were in a search for a ceo. I clearly think that was a farce and look what we got, even though at that time, the science was very promising and the clinicals approved and about to start.
I don't want to be too caustic and unfair, but clearly, without a doubt, the management skills/professional background rabin brought to the table, is, imo, far from what a developing and promising r and biotech needs. He should go back to his hedge fund. You know, the hedge funds that screwed us with their toxic financing and costly continuing litigation
As the current blood platelet news wears off (which is old news) and the realization sets in that we're years away from anything to get excited about, and that we have the same inept management team that has so wonderfully 'guided' actc still in control, I certainly wouldn't be excited.
Soon the stark realization will set in that the same guys are running things, that the legal mess continues to fester and from my experience, never look for anything swiftly being resolved by the SEC and, further that imo, we're probably looking at a RS
with a far poorer ratio, something like 1-200:1 next year, if it even happens as rabin and the board seem to have this plan/delusion to go it alone to maximize company revenue, regardless of their statements to the contrary.
It sure appears to me as more duping the shareholders, who really amount to nothing much in the scheme of things. Why Rabin's/company's last pr couldn't even be straightforward and honest and say that the possible and approved RS and uplisting anticipated this year will not take place because our legal and financial problems preclude the possibility of that even happening.
I hope ddls's we're going to the four's doesn't happen, but, Ifor one, see more of the same stuff and long delays.
