I repeat-Tony does not need you or the rest of the clique to obtain funding. Tony did not call for the SEC to investigate. Paul does not need any help from the "old crew" that failed for so long. You must think that investors are all dumb. When the SEC & the others clear the air you may find a few things about your involvement that does not fit US law. Have fun trying to intimidate the company or the people aiding the SEC. It is fruitless.
