It's probable he will because he said the same thing back in late 2009/2010...

And guess what...he split the stock anyway.

I'm hedging my guess on BWs track record which NO ONE CAN DENY...

I will believe in a buy back after he completes a buy back...he holds no credit with many or the majority.

TRUST IS SOMETHING EARNED...WHICH HE HAS NOT! I'm sorry if some choose to ignore the conditions and actions of a CEO...but the FACT is BWs record is a solid "F". BW is the only person who can improve investor relations.
