Nice scenario, I don't have a clue if it is far or close to what is/will be happening but I do agree with:

SK pays back the loan "early" and the default amount knowing the responsible third party vendor will compensate for lost damages.

Before all the bold part and adding before we get an avalanche that the early pay back was because the banker wanted it not because we volunteered :)
