First things first, let's get to .005 - a dollar is just unrealistic with this share structure.

I won't claim to know anything about the process for getting ratification votes by mail, but the logistical complications behind that process just make me think there are a number of major inside holders that will ratify the merger.

I certainly would love to see something in the mailbox this afternoon about it, but I'm not holding my breath. That's assuming my mailman can get to my mailbox today! It's a little snowy in SW WI at the moment!
