Not sure how you can say these agreements document the value of mmr patents. No where are any dollar values mentioned. The same with the 20 million members thrown out by Loftus that he "believes" might happen some day. One way to put a value on it might be to take the 1 million members number in a May 2012 lorsch p/r. Last quarter total subscriber revenues was about $30,000. So 1 million members = $10,000/month or 1 penny/member. Apply that to the best case 20 million member number and you get $200,000/month, not even close to the $500,000 in losses/month.
I'm not saying this is all accurate, but it is exactly why p/r after p/r without numbers can't move the price over 3 cents.
