pn....every new weapon which comes from the factory has a locking system supplied with it....
and, when it is sold thru a legitimate dealer you get the entire package....
all pistols and rifles have locks....
many pistols come with locks for the weapon and a lockable case....effectively a double lock.
and, with all the BS floating around on this board about the "military style" assault weapon.....
well, the military style rifles come apart very easily....a cinch to remove the trigger mechanism....
the mom is dead.....
but, all the weapons mentioned in this tragedy are very very easily "locked down"....
and, with a young man in the house who may have a "mental issues"....not locking them down and leaving ammo readily available was negligence.
