Decipher what? MWIP is a running business for the Health care sector and acquired a privately held company, 800commerce and they are taking it public SEPARATELY and MWIP shareholders will receive shares as a divy. The two companies will remain separate with focus on two different markets. Correct me if I'm wrong Neo. This is the way I see it.
