I think in viral efficiency will have to come as some form of "pro-active" action.

A vaccine, a periodic intake, or whatever else that is needed to make sure that Bavi can act at first signs of infection or activated something in the past that can act at first signs of infection.

I am not going to venture in the 'hows' anymore :)
