It sure does, but people need to know the truth and the direction AUCI is really heading as again when a company lies about a completed merger and people bought based off of that, the insiders and company are going to be held for any class action lawsuites moving forward.
It did not take 6 months to tell the public the merger NEVER happened and how many share did AUCI give that POS company as well?
