Anything's Possible, But My Feeling Is That Will Not Happen. I think any leftovers will be sopped up by Offor.
Some will not want to buy 1/3 more shares. And some will not be able to afford another 1/3. And if we're under $.075 even fewer will partake. It will be an above board way for Offor to increase his %.
