The ice at KC must be between 3.5 and 5 ft thick and very hard to support a drill rig. It must be under -20 c for a while. They must make an ice bridge to get the road complete to the area they will drill. There is a lot of work to do, by mother nature and by the road builders. Keep our fingers cross. I think feb - early april is the window to drill. Merry christmas PB

As far as success in drilling is concerned,CD knows where to drill.He has been a sharpshooter on TPW.It should be a matter of time before we hit a second hole with VMS on KC.
