This is just Playboy is throwing a hail mary pass last seconds. What else can they try to do after being trounced in court two weeks ago. The U.S. judge gave CIRC the clear victory and Playboy is playing imo the last card they have: their brand name. ..... notice they are not appealing the loss in court vs. CIRC.

But the CIRC ruling gave them right to protect the very brand that Playboy has filed about: Playboy is desperate....this is only a filing. Anyone can file anything against anyone.
