They have no money. They've fired the staff that would handle the CTLM. It's obviously a skeleton crew and there's NOTHING happening with the FDA, and without that, they're dead. Nothing will happen in reality as they're just selling shares to keep their butts out of jail. where's the future when they can't raise any capital. They've burned a lot of people now and if you do a google search, there's more people now that know the truth about this company, so lying to shareholders is getting harder, and don't forget that the TOXIC lenders are still getting their shares at 50% or greater from the LOWEST trades in 10 days. IMDS deos not benefit from share sales directly. The money goes to the TOXICS who might lend more money to IMDS for even better terms.

that's why it's called a TOXIC DEATH SPIRAL.

A few IMDS employees have gone to work there over the years. These guys do real clinical trials on devices. They do lasers of all kinds. Imaging, therapeutic--everything. Obviously with IMDS emplyees having worked there, they are quite familiar with it.

Yet they speak not of IMDS. IMDS speaks not of them. Heck, even Eric Milne worked there at one time.

Sort of tell you about IMDS's place in the Laser Imaging world.

Because the medical community is well aware of the CTLM and knows it's a joke. IMDS has paraded the CTLM on every TV show, convention, and paid promotion there is for the last 19 trying to hawk it.

As you rightfully eluded, if any one of the hundreds of medical device companies or MNC's thought there was an iota of a chance the CTLM worked as claimed, IMDS would have been bought years ago.
