Having dealt with auditors before they are a law unto themselves as Johnsyn said.
I'm not sure something major is up rif but of course time will tell. Of course any one of your points may happen. My initial thought rif is that APDN is going great guns and is starting to ramp up turnover massively. This should increase its value and any major deal short term may not be in our good dr's interests in the long term.
One thing I am sure of is the good dr will have good advisors around him. It has taken years to get this far. I personally don't see the dr either giving his company away or doing anything to seriously damage how the market perceives APDN. It's a bit like the stocks why sell for .24 when you can get a dollar in a few months?
