I see it as a good thing. They don't have the funds to develop it and the other company has an immediate need. HNSS can use the proceeds to get into something they can handle or, as an alternate,
get funding to develop a targeted solution for the joint venture (or whatever entity). Either way they have a path to move to the future.

JMO
