The only problem with that scenario is that is doesn't take into account
The Catalysts that are expected to increase buying pressure and ruduce
any the effects of Dilution!
And of course this is being left out here for obvious reasons!
Remember at the announcement of Mimvi/Microsoft
Partnership PPS rose to .71 in just a few days.
You have all that Mimv is working on with Microsft and
it's Productivity in it's Search and Advertiseing Services.
Additional Partnerships.
Big spread in Entrenpreneur Magazine.
PR when Release on Android and iOS.
Lone Wolf and it's Smash Networks Release/Revenue stream
Patents that are pending become awarded.
Word in some forum from Microsoft is expected at some point
And that word will double existing pps in one day!
I have seen similiar share structure and Dilution in similiar
penny stocks, that because of Company Success and Profitability
there was little effect.
That's what I see here with Mimv!
Eventually the Company will restructure there shares to reduce Dilution
and maintain shareholder value!
What Mimv is doing in there Capital Raise is nothing new!
Even if it's at .10.
Mimv is not the same Company it was even two weeks ago.
It just released it's Search App for Microsoft.
And now it's all up hill from here!
Mimv is only less then three years old and is at the final
stages from being a failing start-up Company to a Sector
Impact making, producing and profitable Search and Recomendation
Company like Quixey or Chomp!
