Bruce Klein has yet to be charged and is still the owner of this
shell.

Wonder why he didn't sign the last filing??? See the link at the bottom. You and others have misrepresented who he and VP was/is for months now.

I'd call not being arrested yet and still making money off the scam
TEXX makes him no dummy for sure.

He only makes money ABOVE 9.6 cents, and that's with a 40% discount upon conversion of debt. His selling of those shares he converted during the 2nd quarter didn't have the needed disclosures......NOT TOO SMART.

Alonzo is the fool who fell for it. Back in the day Emperial Americas
was an advertising and promotional company (check the history), and
he sold out.

Alonzo should have stayed away from Bruce. I warned him about that POS. I didn't think Bruce was as stupid as he was though.

I know EA's history. Distributors market (promote) their products. Alonzo hasn't sold out. He went public to raise money, but Bruce had other ideas.

If you read ALL the filings it's plain to see what occurred. EA owns this shell. The balance owed to Victory Partners is a mystery because TEXX hasn't filed their last Q.

Well it's in the civil courts now.

Alonzo brought in the wrong people and now they want him gone. Maybe I'll get called as a witness. I spoke with Bruce once and that's all it took.

I may be mistaken, but was it not Victory Partners who brokered the purchase of TEMN? If I remember my history here there was a circa $400k agreement for the purchase of the TEMN shares and outstanding debt, after which Emperial Americas was to reimburse Victory for acting as the Investment Bank. Unless Emperial Americas did in fact provided that compensation to Victory ... the TEMN shell still belongs to VP and it is them who are vested in emplacing the ghetto shares with a bonafide start up.

Bruce Klein is a bonafide BSTRD.
