Those don't count, they were Blue chip stocks. We are all here because we need to let the masses know how crooked Pinksheet stocks are and especially WNBD. Even though those many audited financials weren't worth the paper they were printed on, I know I would have felt sooooo much better knowing I was investing and then losing everything in such squeeky clean stocks and such honest CEOs. LOL.
Now you can see why Sarbanes Oxley was enacted into law. To my knowledge the CFO Jeff Skilling is in the cross bar hotel right now making little rocks out of big ones. Its those very audits now that have the CFO and CEO's accountable to the numbers if they aren't submitted truthfully and clear...they get prosecured. So yes you are correct...but I'm not sure what point you were trying to make..
