I believe it will be accepted on the condition of being the ONLY drug currently available.

The FDA has a record of granting fast track status based on just that.

Since literally the patients have this or nothing, quality of life is the deciding factor. IMHO

Now it might take awhile for PPS to flow back up. Tomorrow this will bounce, today is busted.
